Thunderbird Park offers youth groups a unique experience on 112 hectares of lush rainforest and Australian bush land. An exceptional team of instructors conduct a full day program of activities in various locations within Thunderbird Park. Your youth can interact and have fun in a natural environment. Take your youth group out of the ordinary and into the EXTRAORDINARY!!!

Bunkhouse Accommodation
There are 2 Bunkhouses which overlook Cedar Creek’s pristine rainforest, cascading waterfalls and natural rock pools. The Upper Bunkhouse has a total of 8 rooms with 8 bunk beds per room giving a total capacity of 64. The Lower Bunkhouse has a total of 7 rooms with 8 bunk beds per room giving a total capacity of 56. The total Bunkhouse capacity is 120 with additional accommodation available. Both the Upper and Lower Bunkhouses have a self contained room with a bar fridge, table, chairs and tea/coffee making facilities. Additional accommodation choices are available including camping and self contained lodges.
Amenities
Each bunkhouse has male and female amenities within the same building as well as a central laundry with a token operated
commercial washing machine and dryer.

Sapphire Recreation Room
The recently renovated Sapphire Recreation Room is adjacent to the Bunkhouses and is ideal for catering and group activities. This large spacious room has a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor barbecue area and an open fireplace. The recreation room is surrounded by lush rainforest in a private part of Thunderbird Park away from other accommodation and public areas.
Adventure Activities
Activities are designed and structured to complement each other, build trust, leadership, cooperation and initiative. The active ingredient is FUN. An experienced team takes care of everything from start to finish. Planning a youth group camp has never been easier.
