The Scenic Rim hosted the journalist and photographer on a 2 night familiarisation visit back in February, working in partnership with publicist Kath Rose, and the story has been in development since January, off the back of the Lonely Planet announcement.   The businesses featured were selected, after much back and forth, based on the paper's request for food wine, bars, hikes and travel venues with a bespoke, luxurious edge.
