Personalise Your Celebration

Make your celebration truly unique by bringing your own decorations and personalising your table to match your theme and vision. Whether it’s balloons, banners or table centerpieces, you’re welcome to transform your table to create the perfect atmosphere for your special day.

To make your day even easier, we offer complimentary cake storage. Simply drop your cake off at the Terrace Café, where our team will carefully store it until you’re ready to pick it up and serve it to your party guests. Alternatively, we can organise an ice-cream cake for you!

We have four (4) tables available at The Edge, each seating up to 10 guests comfortably (or up to 12 if you’re happy to get cozy!). If your group exceeds this limit, you are welcome to book an additional table to accommodate everyone!

Morning Tables: 9.00am – 11.00am

Midday Tables: 11.30am – 1.30pm

Afternoon Tables: 2.00pm – 4.00pm

To ensure a smooth experience for all guests, please adhere strictly to your scheduled times for seamless transitions between bookings.

Guests can enjoy delicious meals from the Terrace Café. To make your dining experience seamless:

  • Pre-order meals online to ensure a smooth and timely celebration. A pre-order link will be sent to you in your booking confirmation.

  • On-the-day orders are available, but please allow up to 45-minute wait times during busy periods.

No BYO food or beverage, except for birthday cake and lolly bags!

  1. Table Hire & Usage:

    • Table hire is $75 per table for a 2-hour duration.

    • Each table seats 10 guests comfortably (maximum of 12 allowed at your discretion).

    • Tables must be vacated promptly at the end of the booked time to allow for the next reservation.

  2. Decorations & Set-up:

    • Guests are welcome to bring their own decorations.

    • No nails, screws, or any materials that may damage the venue’s structure are allowed.

    • All decorations must be removed at the end of the booking period.

  3. Food & Beverage:

    • Guests are encouraged to pre-order meals using the provided order form and submit it at least one day prior to the booking.

    • Orders placed on the day may have a wait time of up to 45 minutes.

    • Outside food and drinks are not permitted, except for a birthday cake.

    • Cake storage is available upon request until needed.

  4. Cleanliness & Waste Management:

    • Guests are responsible for keeping the area clean and disposing of waste in the provided bins.

    • Any excessive mess or damage may result in an additional cleaning fee.

  5. Liability & Responsibility:

    • The venue is an outdoor area, and guests must take care when using the space.

    • The management is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.

    • Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times.

  6. Cancellations & Refunds:

    • Cancellations within 30 days of the event will not be eligible for a refund.

    • In the event of extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances, management reserves the right to reschedule or offer a refund.

  7. General Policies:

    • Smoking (including vaping) is strictly prohibited at The Edge.

    • Management reserves the right to refuse service or remove guests who do not comply with venue policies.

    • Any damage to the venue will result in charges for repairs or replacements.

By booking The Edge, you agree to adhere to these terms and conditions to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests.
